Design Process

Your project is truly unique and requires special attention to ensure we meet the specific demands of your facility. Please review these simple steps and familiarize yourself with the process and how to get started.

1. Needs Analysis

Complete our Needs Analysis form to provide our design team with the specific details of your facility.

2. Planning

Schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting to review your Needs Analysis Form and discuss every detail. We recommend having your architectural floor plan and benching layout ready to share during this meeting so we can get a clear view of the scope of your project.

3. Pricing

Pricing is based on the square footage of the work space needed for your fertigation and irrigation system along with any additional features you may want included for your buildout. An estimate will be provided to you following your meeting.

4. Payment

Upon receipt of your deposit payment our team of designers will begin modeling your facility and customizing your irrigation and fertigation system in the following sequence:

  • Your facility is drawn to scale using our 3D software.

  • Your fertigation room is designed based upon your individual needs per the planning discussion.

  • Cultivation room distribution lines and zoning are modeled.

  • Upon review of your 3D model we generate the complete parts list to begin the material allocation.

  • Your 3D model is then sent off to our construction docs team where everything is broken down into your easy to follow plan set. Construction documents include floor plans, elevations, exploded assembly sheets, 3D views of all assemblies and isometric views.

  • Lastly, the finalized 3D model is sent to our rendering server to create lifelike photorealistic imagery of your entire facility.

5. Final Plans and Parts List

Upon receipt of your final payment we will release your completed plan set along with a custom parts list which makes ordering materials a breeze with our trusted vendors or yours. Our organized plan sets with step by step instructions make it easy for any skilled tradesman to follow along eliminating costly mistakes and delays.

6. Please Note

We are a design studio and though we can provide you with step-by-step instructions for installing your new system, we are not installers. You are responsible for purchasing all materials and hiring the necessary contractors/tradesmen. However, we do have a list of preferred installers that can help bring your project to life.
